ITIL process knowledge would be added advantage Experience in cloud based integration is an advantage Experience in handling all the phases of a software development life cycle Experience in leading Maintenance and support projects

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
• Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing.
• Required to troubleshoot production issues and apply fixes as necessary. Will be also responsible to coordinate with a maintenance and support team located offshore India
