Detailed Job Description:

• Experienced Scrum Master role, conduct scrum meetings and ceremonies, resolve conflicts and impediments, manage the sprints, collaborate with product owner and team to deliver successfully, reporting.
• Should work on all 5 days from Richmond, Va location - onsite at client location
• Will be responsible for handling 2 scrum teams with a 2 week sprint
• Should have experience handling at least 2 scrum teams as a scrum master
• Should be certified scrum master
• Should have atleast a year or more experience in being a scrum master
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Version one, TFS or any other agile process platforms is a must
• Experience in Kanban methodology is preferable as well.
