Detailed Job Description:

• Detailed JD:
• This role will consult with consumers to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements.
• Consult on architecture, design, and functionality in various cloud environments. Provide technical consultation evaluating application usability, affordability/costs, functionality, security and performance necessary to assess suitability for integration into cloud environments.
• Consultation support for CI/CD pipeline functionality. Support governance, compliance controls, and policy for consumer subscription provisioning.
• Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation in various cloud systems.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring consumer implementation onboarding is completed efficiently and effectively for each specific cloud environment.
• This role is consumer facing assisted support for ECS cloud.

Additional Job Related qualifications:

• Must have customer service support experience.
• Must have specific cloud knowledge in one or more of the following, Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Must have working knowledge experience in Agile framework and DevOps.
• Must have strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with strategic and technical thinkers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have familiarity with Boeing Security development lifecycle and external hosting.
• ARM/Chief/Puppet CI/CD knowledge.
• Knowledge in Cloud Foundry, OpenStack, VMS, RDS, Kubernetes.
• Technical bachelors degree and 3 years related work exp OR a Masters degree with 1 yr exp
