MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

At least 4 years of experience in system administration and Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college. 

Required SharePoint skills include

  • Previous experience with SharePoint
  • Ability to work on several simultaneous projects, reacting constructively to new and changing business and technology requirements and deliverables
  • Intermediate SQL skills (select, insert, update, joins, data types, subqueries/nested queries, etc.).
  • Understanding of SDLC environments/tiers and their functions (DEV, TST, STG, PRD, etc.).
  • Experience testing on various web browsers and browser versions and configuring browser settings.
  • Experience creating automated testing scripts for both functional and performance testing. 

Required Business skills include:

  • Ability to learn and understand complex Business Processes and Business Rules quickly. Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Communicate with 3rd parties as needed for requirements gathering.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prioritize assignments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability.

DESIREABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365, SharePoint Online/2016/2013, and One Drive for Business;
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Familiarity with other content and collaboration platforms, such as the Google Suite;
  • Knowledge of server and application architectures;
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams; excellent attention to detail;
  • Experience working in an agile methodology and creating agile deliverables.
  • Experience in projects related to Sourcing / Procurement.
  • Advanced education in computer science, information technology and related engineering fields.
  • Experience with leading and/or managing critical aspects of a Portfolio or Project Management Office (PMO) including strategy alignment, capacity management, benefit-cost (ROI) analysis, evaluation and KPI analytics, prioritization and interdependency evaluation, roadmap development and risk management.
