Supported Environments Linux, AIX Technology stack C, C, Java, Spring framework, SQL, Oracle, Junit, Google Web Toolkit, shell scripting, Oracle ProC and PLSQL Engineering Tools Jenkins, GitHub, HP UFT, checkmarx, sonarqube, Rally or CA Agile Central

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities:

• Technical lead role
• Technically hands-on and should take up Defect fixes and enhancements along with lead role.
• Review of deliverables (Design, Code, release notes, reports) for the team.
• Co-ordination with client team and offshore team on deliverables, technical, requirement clarifications.
• Pro-actively work with offshore team on delivery plan Sprint on Sprint and ensure delivery as per plan.
• Highlight Risks / issues pro-actively and alternate solution / mitigation plans to be explored.
• Mentor / Coach team members.
• Ensure team complies to Coding guidelines, code review process, merge / deployment process.
