SKILLS:

• Thorough knowledge and experience of working on Mainframes TSO/ISPF/SDSF and VSAM.
• Batch Job monitoring of Mainframe related jobs and fixing issues.
• Good knowledge of JCL and Mainframe Utilities such Sort, ICE tools, IDCAMS etc
• Monitoring logs, System spool, jobs, resource usage, errors
• To explain DASD volumes usage, Using Disk utilities, Maintenance of DASDs
• Operations knowledge of Encryption Protocols.
• Good Experience in FTP and Tools such as MFT and NDM.
• CA-7 Operations
• File-Aid Operations.
• CA-Endevor Operations and Admin.
• ITIL Process knowledge is a must.

Experience with the following considered a plus:

• DB2, CICS and ZOS
• Basic knowledge of MQ Series

Role:

• Participate in Technical Meetings with Team and Client.
• Ensure operational and system documentation is created and maintained
