JD For this role:
  • Extensive experience in SAP HR Module implemented with at least 2 FULL life cycle implementations of Payroll and time
  • Strong knowledge on US Payroll Schema, Rules, and Custom Function & Support pack upgrade.
  • Expertise in trouble shooting, problem solving for identified issues and problems related to Personnel administration, Organization management, Benefits & Payroll.
  • Should have worked on TUBS update, BSI Tax Factory Upgrade, W2, Remuneration statement
  • Prepare Configuration documents and Business process procedure as per client requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of data migration, interface, Custom Payroll function, User exit and custom interfaces.
  • Act as a key liaison between business user and technical team to analyze business functional requirement.
  • Coordinate with offshore team to get work done
