Detailed Job Description:

• Support SAP PLM on S/4HANA and work with business SMEs, client IT and Infosys offshore team to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Facilitate knowledge transfer from the implementation partner to offshore resources. Ensure that all key enhancements are understood and documentation received.
• Attend status update meetings and create weekly and monthly status reports for the support tickets.
• Handle escalations and provide expert guidance to support team on resolution of complex issues.
• Support high priority issues or provide work around within US time zone before handing over to the offshore team
• Ensure all solutions are properly documented.
• Work on continuous improvement through further enhancements in the solution.
• Through all the above efforts, ensure that the solution is in a stable state with predictable ticket volume in less than six month.
