The tech lead will be part of the implementation team responsible for creating batch/ETL based integration across enterprise and external applications.

Experience with Healthcare payor

Experiece with Healthcare EDI transactions

A candidate with strong appetite for OO architecture, design and implementation, performance tuning, code refactoring will be well suited for this position. It will require balance among the many objectives for business growth, high quality service and predictable outcomes.

1) Technical lead of all the IFB Platform activities

2) Analyze, design, code, test and implement quality solutions working with onsite and offshore team members

3) Propose optimized technical solutions to meet the business requirements

4) Institute coding standards and code review process

5) Enforce higher quality standards through JUnit testing, Peer reviews etc.,

6) Implement solutions to achieve Stability and Scalability of the overall Platform

7) Implement best practices to achieve long term business growth

Qualifications:  

Sun Solaris Administration

Minimum Years Required:1

Experience in Software development

Minimum Years Required:8

Hands-on experience with batch ETL integration between enterprise systems and external clients/vendors

Minimum Years Required:8

Hands-on experience with batch ETL tools

Minimum Years Required:8

Must have demonstrable experience implementing batch ETL frameworks in large organizations with diverse technology infrastructure

Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Architecture and design

Minimum Years Required:6

Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and to work in a knowledge sharing role.
