Key Primary Skills Required:

  1. Cloudera (Hadoop): Big Data Technologies
  2. Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now/Remedy
  3. Comfortable working on Unix/Linux platform which includes knowledge of all user level commands and troubleshooting skills
  4. Sound knowledge of ITIL Incident, Release, Change and Problem Management processes.
  5. Good communication skills and client interfacing skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work well under pressure.
  7. Analytical ability to triage issues within given SLAs/KPIs.
