Detail job description:
- 5+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) consultation and Implementation experience with robust knowledge on click configure features;
- Admin Certification, Service cloud certification is must;
- Should have experience in implementing Case management including Service Console, Email-to-Case, CTI, Assignments and Escalation;
- Should have hands-on experience on Salesforce setups such as OWD, Permission Sets, Sharing Model, Roles, Object relationships;
- Should be able to identify customization (programmatic) items and assess feasibility of customization;
- Sound knowledge on configurational capabilities such as Validations, Workflows, Process Builders, Reports and Dashboards
- Knowledge on OmniChannel would be helpful
- Should have worked as Business Systems Analyst spear-heading client interactions during project life-cycle
- Should have played critical role during requirement grooming, development, testing, deployment
- Should have experience in Agile model of project execution, organizing scrum meetings and daily tracking;
- Should have worked on requirement management tools like Rally, Jira and Testing tools like HP QC;
- Should have experience in creating Use case models, process charts, Design documents;
- Should be able to code and recommend customization options and Best Practices;
