Detailed Job Description:

• L2 and L3 Application Support for Corp System Applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience with IBM iSeries AS/400, RPGLE, CLLE, Cobol, DB2/SQL, Editors, Build and Deploy tools etc.
• Experience in Finance and HR Packages such as Lawson
• At least 3 years of experience with Unix
• At least 2 years of experience with Crystal Reports
• At least 4 years of experience with handling production support projects
• Experience in Retail Industry is a plus
• Ability to translate business stories into technical design and document work in technical stories
• Desire to learn newer technologies
• Technical and Problem Solving Skills
• Ability to work in Team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast - paced environment.
• Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks, and is willing to experiment and try anything to find solutions.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
