Gather and document business requirements of business processesCreate process documentation workflows, knowledge articles and selfservice guidance for IT support services. Works with development team to facilitate the planning and execution. Coordinates with the business and the development team on solution designs. Training business users on the new business processes. Participate and work with business in identifying the business processes for automation. Prepare test cases and validate the business processes
