As a member of the Interactive Marketing team, the Web Production Specialist supports the initiatives of the department and the Manager to whom he or she reports. The Web Production Specialist is a critical role to the success of COMPANY online applications. He/She is responsible for generating accurate, engaging online content and features, managing production projects and liaising with other team members and technology team counterparts to ensure end-user satisfaction.
First and foremost, dependability and maintaining a good attitude and strong work ethic are integral components of this position. This is a production role and requires a high level of performance with attention to detail and quality of work while meeting production deadlines and multi-tasking. Candidate must be a self-starter that can perform in a team environment. Collaboration with Marketing Communications and Editorial staff in all aspects of planning, developing, implementing and maintaining digital communication across the firm’s internal and external online applications including basic content pages, interactive features and e-newsletters.
Translate print based communication to online and other digital media presentation channels that leverage best practices in usability.
Responsible for front end coding of html email layouts and page templates that adhere to the corporate branding style guidelines and follow SEC/FINRA compliant web requirements.
Responsible for email production which includes content layout and html configuration.
Support Social Media Manager with posting, scheduling and monitoring.
Partner with our Technology teams for daily user-support and technical troubleshooting to support the operation of the firm’s internal/external facing online solutions
Subject matter expert on firm’s applications architecture that drives the development of creative and concludes in recommendations on implementation approach, mockups, and estimates.
Work with the Technology teams (in-house and outsource) to deploy next generation look and feel of all online applications by carrying out implementation requirements and ensuring quality assurance with each deliverable.
