Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Perform analysis for incidents, provide solution by analysing andor escalate to relevant teams. Join triage calls to resolve PROD Issues.
- Resolve P1,P2,P3,P4 Issues as per SLAs.Conduct Detailed investigation and provide resolution tickets Escalate to L3 team if resolns is unavailable.
- Monitoring batch, critical applications and health checks. Release engineering monitoring, sanity checks
