Detailed Job Description:

• At least 8 years of experience in manual testing - strategy, design, execution analysis and reporting of Set Top Box and Services
• At least 7 years of experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Reports, Test plans, Test closure reports
• Knowledge of DOSCIS systems and back end services for a Set Top Box
• Experience in working on Cloud Guide and Services
• Experience in working on Active Video Platform and Client
• Knowledge of Video delivery
• Knowledge of the features like VOD,DVR or Pay per View
• Experience in Log analysis/Splunk is a plus; debugging on UNIX boxes
• Experience in ticketing systems (like Jira) and triaging tickets/ issues
• Experience in debugging issues and resolution with development teams
• Basic understanding about micro services and REST APIs is a plus
