Detailed Job Description:

  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Functional consulting & Implementation experience in Oracle SCM modules (EBS 12.2.X) 
  • In depth knowledge of following Oracle module is needed
  • Oracle Order Management
  • Oracle Advanced Pricing
  • Oracle Quoting 
  • Good technical understanding of data flow, Oracle tables, SQLs is helpful 
  • At least 3 implementation experience and 1 support experience in EBS 12.2
  • Previous experience to work in onsite-offshore model and lead complete team at onsite/offshore
  • Should have demonstrated ability to setup Oracle R12 Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Oracle Quoting and able to provide module specific as well as cross- module solutions in these areas.
  • Candidate should be able to understand the Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Oracle Quoting related requirements of customers and translate those into solutions in Oracle.
  • Should be familiar with Order to Cash processes such as Standard Sales Order, assemble to order, pick to Order, back to Back Order, Drop Ship Order, Bill Only and Ship Only Orders.
  • Familiar with shipping processes like pick release, ship confirmation and shipping documents.
  • Should have the knowledge and experience in Oracle Order Management Integration with third party Order Entry applications.
  • Should be aware of how inbound and outbound interfaces are designed, developed, Tested and deployed.
  • Should be able to identify the gaps in standard Oracle and come out with simple and effective solutions with minimal customizations.
  • Should have experience in preparing the key implementation documents viz, Setup Documents (BR100), Functional Test Scripts (TE40), Conversion Spec (CV40) and Functional Design (MD50) as per Oracle AIM standards.
  • Should possess Effective Solution presentation skills and convincing customer to look for long term gains by adopting the standard oracle solutions
  • Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities among different solution tracks and find optimum solution.
  • Ability to interact with senior business managers and address their concerns based on the situation.
  • Ability to guide client IT team members whose background is legacy systems on various facets of Oracle Applications.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex requirements and their impact on existing solution and guide client/offshore team on possible/probable solutions.
