Requirement gathering, analysis, understanding and then communicate to the offshore team. HLD preparation, review. Code Review, Sanity testing, Project planning, Schedule Task Tracking and Status Reporting. Support System Integration testing, UAT, GO Live. Client communication, communicate with Infy Managers. Defect fixing.
