Detailed Job Description:

• 8 years experience in tool implementation, administration and support.
• Knowledge of log formats for syslog, http logs, and DB logsTechnical advisory role in implementation and architecture design
• Review and prepare monthly status reports and statisticsFollowup on incidents, issues, and concerns related to the tool
• Monitor communication channels to detect threats to assets and information
• Knowledgeable in IM, PM, CM processes
• Strong debugging and problem resolution skills
• Maintain system documentation
