Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with Development and Implementation of the following
• At least 4+ years of experience in JAVA, J2EE Technologies - JSF, Hibernate, Spring, JDBC, JNDI, Java Beans, JSON and Web services (SOAP, REST), Java Scripting.
• Database Management (Oracle stored procedures, MySQL) 
• At least 8 years of experience in Software Development and Designing. 
• Hands on experience in OOAD methodologies and standard J2EE design patterns and guidelines.
• Experience is Unix shell scripting
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to lead team and work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Strong oral and written communication skill

Good to have additional skills:

• Understanding of Contact centre concepts and call flows.
• Hands on knowledge in .Net
• Experience in developing IVR/VXML will be a plus
