Detailed Job Description:

• Review VPC setup and Create/ Build Aurora DB cluster and PostgreSQL databases.
• Maintain DB clusters, Monitor performance and provide recommendations, Integration with other AWS services, Manage Aurora and PostgreSQL updates.
• Migrate data to the RDS databases, refresh and restore.
• Account management and Database Administration Maintenance
• Provide technical guidance to the team on day - day operations.
• Guidance to the application team on the usage of right AWS RDS Services and best practices.
• Should have experience working with Onshore - offshore model and sync up with onshore lead.
• Prioritize the work for offshore team, task planning, tracking and coordination.
• Review all the deliverables from offshore.
• Provide status, check and resolve issues, action item tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
