Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Ability to do assessment of the existing landscape to create technical designs.
2. Pro - active in reporting status to stakeholders and ability to complete deliverables independently.
3. Configuration, implementation and support of IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP
