Experience and familiarity with configuring Salesforce to implement business process workflows.Document as is business process flows by reviewing existing documentation and conducting interviews with business and IT stakeholders. Create and document to be process flows that streamline and transform the business, aligning to the vision and strategy.Review and refine proposed to be process flows based on feedback from business
