Detailed Job Description:

  • This role is to work on a ticket management system running in C++. It requires basic understanding of telecom domain and the workflows. The work involves development of new features using C++ requested as part of the project.
  • Work on any production bugs identified and help to resolve the problem with the defined SLA. Participate in agile grooming calls during design discussion.
  • Requires Strong C++ coding skills
  • Basic telecom domain knowledge
  • Good Debugging skills.
  • Web service knowledge.
  • Build new Interfaces or modifying existing interfaces
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Agile methodology
