Must Have Skills:
- Serve as the Liaison to the business communities, program management and executives for impacts and updates managed by the SWAT Team and Level II IT Triage
- Serve as the Liaison with the NOC to request UTT ticket creation when advised by Tier II Tech Triage
- Monitoring impact ticket queue for correlation, Priority Management and Reporting
- Liaison between Business Triage, SWAT, Escalation Teams and RCC.
