Must Have Skills:

  1. Serve as the Liaison to the business communities, program management and executives for impacts and updates managed by the SWAT Team and Level II IT Triage
  2. Serve as the Liaison with the NOC to request UTT ticket creation when advised by Tier II Tech Triage
  3. Monitoring impact ticket queue for correlation, Priority Management and Reporting
  4. Liaison between Business Triage, SWAT, Escalation Teams and RCC.
