Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  • Candidate should have good exposure to Identity and Access Management design, MIM, PAM, MFA, Federation
  • Define and implement processes and manage tools that are necessary to ensure the stability and performance of the above - mentioned technologies
  • FIM Synchronization service manager (Profiler Monitoring, Resolving Sync Errors)
  • Synchronization Service Manager, Sync Rules, Scheduling Jobs, MA\'s, Metaverse, Self Service Management Password reset Portal.
  • Monitoring Jobs Cycle through task Manager, Event viewer.
  • FIM Synchronization service manager (Profiler Monitoring, Resolving Sync Errors)
  • Working knowledge on Authentication, Authorization, Managing User Permissions and Group Policies.
  • Individual should understand and can troubleshoot authentication services including Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and Azure AD.
  • Design / Architect / Develop / Implement identity management, SSO and MFA with Azure Active Directory and CA Siteminder
  • Solid experience with Azure AD and CA Siteminder, Identity Federation protocols such as SAML2, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect etc. Experience on enabling application with Azure AD with different integration patterns.
  • Should be having Integrate application components, configuration changes, maintain, tune and repair applications and provide user support.
  • Strong knowledge on Azure AD Connect, MIM/FIM Sync engine with focus on identity synchronization.
  • Technically sound to interface with client and top notch Microsoft, Siteminder architects and vendors and provide solutions.
  • Experience in Creation and managing user accounts, Service Accounts and groups.
  • Work experience in Entitlement Management
  • Manage Rules, Policies and Approval Workflows for Automated Zero Day Provisioning and de-Provisioning of accounts
  • Build scripts for Automated auditing and ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Support Microsoft ATA platform or any other tool to feed logs to SIEM for threat management
  • Meeting with Clients and Management SLA and Make sure that SLA is not violated
  • Providing day-to-day user administration for the issues related to users and groups.
  • Planning & Resolving the Issues within the specified down time.
  • Provide technical guidance and inputs to the team for any technical issues to ensure quality delivery and operations
  • Ensure that service availability objectives are met by providing inputs to the team on the best practices and help address any technical challenges
  • Guide team on review of the deployments and projects going live to Production to ensure all the operational requirements are met and have smoother transition
  • Participate in customer meetings during requirement analysis to understand the business requirements, use cases and system requirements
  • Participate in design review sessions with architects and provide viewpoints on solution architecture and implementation to ensure it meets functional, non-functional and operations requirements
  • Provide inputs and suggestions for automation in different areas of Identity & Access Management.
