Detailed Job Description:
Resource will be responsible for completing technical analysis of the business requirements and completing technical system designs which address the business requirement designs that are cost effective, achievable within the time - frames of the project and which are architecturally sustainable. Maybe asked to provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff and to provide technical assistance to the business during business requirements gathering.
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Knowledge on Cisco Inbound and Outbound Voice Architecture and flows
- Good Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills
