Detailed Job Description:

• We need a 8 years certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist with good handson experience to Agile Methodologies ScrumKanban and on Rally CA Agile Central
• Qualifications
• Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 2 years of hands on experience as Scrum Master with proven expertise to facilitate team ceremonies and remove impediments for the team
• Ability to coach the team and drive them on the path of continuous improvement
• Ability to work in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership. Expected to do status reporting for the work to client leadership.
• Hands on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking and reporting the offshore work.

Preferred:

• SAFe knowledge and certification
• Kanban experience
• Familiarity with ALM tool Rally
