L2 and L3 Application Support for Corp System Applications
Technology Lead with 5+ years of experience, Should have experience in Batch Monitoring, Incident Resolution and other Daily Operational Activities.
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Co - ordinate with business users to understand issues, problems and requirements
- Incident management, Problem Management for application support and enhancements
- Co-ordinate closely with offshore team for alignment of project tasks and completion of deliverables
