Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: 

Will facilitate workshops and meetings with Neiman Marcus stakeholders to define goals, identify use cases, assess business impact, capture highlevel business requirements, define KPIsmetrics, and review requirement and conceptual designs with the intent to identify and agree upon the initial implementation scope for an MVP release
