Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Participate in project/technology transition
• Assist the team in resolving problem tickets.
• Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly
• Additional duties as required and possible assistance on Special Projects.
• Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co - ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Hands on experience on the monitoring tools like CA Spectrum, IPAM, Automation tools
• Configuring, networks, to ensure their smooth and, reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
• Creation of network documentation from the existing infrastructure, planned infrastructure as well as updating existing documentation.
