Detailed Job Description:

Lead the team and coordinate with customer for requirements gathering, analysis and Implementation

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  1. As a Lead, work closely with the client business team to understand and coordinate with dev team and other stakeholders and get the development signedoff
  2. Engage stakeholders to identify crossfunctional features, and impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms
  3. Translate business needs into requirements then into Implementations, including Spec Review, Development, code review, Quality Sign off and PROD roll out
