Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Collect OEM’s developed new devices details, review new features available on the device and highlight for further action
- Physical Device Evaluation basis specifications given by client, clearly indicating the output as Device Performance and Physical Device Analysis
- Device selection basis criteria given by client and provide output as models for NPI
- Formal NPI deployment as per the process flow agreed with client and bring output as devices fully supported with NPI documentation and support center
- Device distribution to users and troubleshooting of issues, pushed software updates if any; periodic feedback collection output as due diligence to hardware failure. All BSODs and USDs should be fully understood to determine if they are software or a model specific issue.
