Detailed Job Description:

• You will develop, implement and support the Amdocs Master Enterprise Catalog, MEC, application in an ordering workflow.
• You will perform code review of MEC changes done by other team members.
• You will be a key advisor for customers based requirement on the MEC ordering capabilities and best practices, leveraging reuse where applicable.
• You will prepare MEC solution-related documents and specifications.
• You will design holistic and integrated high-level MEC ordering solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability and budget in context of internal integration as well as external Integration.
• You will be responsible for communicating MEC solution with customers' business and IT personnel.. Will be expected to explain the new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes.
• You will support the customer during the scoping phase in the ordering domain up through and including customer sign off (for example, MEC product models and designs, etc.)
• You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging MEC configuration and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, will review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions, will highlight risks and will help mitigate risks from technical aspects.
• You will present demos of MEC to stakeholders and internal/external customers, using knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
