Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Determine detailed application requirements for the new features, create User Stories for the development team and deliver the documents in Microsoft Word format into the repository.
- Develop and deliver fully documented source Code and object compiled versions of Code based on the Accepted detailed design document, create a list of Code changes and identify the modified Code, and check the Code.
- Deploy Code to the nonproduction test environment for testing.
