Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves):

  • Programming Languages: .NET
  • Platform/Environment: Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement(Dynamics CRM)
  • Database Management System: SQL
  • Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 3 years
  • Any Certifications required: Dynamics CRM certifications preferred

Detailed Job Description:

  • The resource will be part of the team helping to resolve issues raised by end customers.
  • He should have a functional/Technical knowledge of the product.
  • He will interact with the end customers, understand the issue, analyze it and provide resolutions.

Minimum years of experience*: 7

Certifications Needed: Yes

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  • The resource needs to resolve minimum of 40 issues in a month.
  • The issue resolved should also meet all the KPIs finalized with the client.
