Preferred:

• Working experience of IBM Smart Cloud / Bluemix / SoftLayer.
• At least 5+ years of experience in IaaS/PaaS services.
• Working experience on other CSPs – AWS, Azure would be added advantage
• Working experience of Network/NFV services for IBM Cloud.
• Working experience of Microservice Architecture
• Working experience on Linux and windows administration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of IBM cloud technologies and products (Application/Middleware/DB suite)
• Knowledge of DevOps lifecycle and tools such as Chef/Puppet/ Ansible/ Terraform/ GitHub
• In-depth knowledge of design, implementation, engineering, automation and devops implementation, service operation and service improvement initiatives, governance, compliance
• Responsible for resolving issues relating to cloud on business critical applications and development environment maintaining SLA and providing fix and solutions.
• Change management, Cloud knowledge and production support activities
• Setup and maintenance of environments like Development, Pre-Production and Production.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with Clients.
• Excellent communication - verbal, written and presentation skills
