Detailed Job Description:
- Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
- Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Puppet.
- Ability to build and monitor services on production, QA and Dev.
- Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
- Analyze end to end performance of a virtual environment providing solutions/recommendations for improvement.
- Installation / configuration /migration /deployment/ tuning of Enterprise Applications using WebSphere Application server 0/0/0
- Designs backup policies, procedures & schedules based on best practice & customer requests
- Installation of Apache/TOMCAT/backup and monitoring tool clients.
- Linux administrator who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure.
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Certifications Needed: Yes
