Detailed Job Description:

• Strong Development experience in NICE

Technical:

• Good understanding of NICE inContact platform and it’s capabilities
• Hands on experience with NICE studio application development in an enterprise setting
• Excellent understanding and experience using API integrations
• Experience with CTI integration with CRM platform
• Thorough working understanding of VOIP
• Familiarity with database configuration and stored procedures
• Familiarity with salesforce would be good to have
• Familiarity with data streaming solutions on Kafka and Kinesis platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with voice and data Networking concepts

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good listener
• Quick Lerner with good analytical skills
• Out of the Box thinking and creative
