Must Have Skills:

2. Experience in leading team of size between 1015 members and handled multiple projects delivery
3. SM or Agile certification is good to have
4. Knowledge of other Agile approaches XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
5. Excellent communication and mentoring skills

• Perform Scrum Master role.
• Must have more than 8 yrs of experience.
• Good experience in Scrum master role.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts, Possessing prior experience as a Scrum Master

1. Guiding the team and organization on how to use AgileScrum practices and values to delight customers
2. Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, Guiding the team in estimation and getting clarifications from PO, working with PO on regular basis
3. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
