• Waters Empower CDS, OSI PI, SmartLab, Scilligence ELN, Benchtop Instruments
• Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 5 years of relevant experience

Performance Expectations:

• Resource expected to troubleshoot the issues related to Instruments, ELN , Waters Empower CDS etc
• Resolved and error free tickets on right time, Query resolutions if any, efforts saving due to round the clock support
