Must Have Skills:

• ​3+ years of hands on recent C# .NET (4.3+) experience
• 3+ years of hands on SQL development experience, NOT database admin. Oracle, MySQL, Sqlserver
• 1+ years of JavaScript, JQuery, Spring framework, Java
• Lightweight web development – read and modify existing or create new basic web tools
• Application integration – SOAP, REST, webservices, APIs
• Solaris and Linux – strong user skills, NOT system administration
• Windows – strong user skills, NOT system administration
• Telecommunications – basic telecom concepts

Good to have Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD and following tools: Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, TFS
• Knowledge of software development in DevOps and Agile
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Confluence
• Network Management experience/exposure for IP, Transmission, Switching, Transport
