The Client is upgrading their PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 SP1 system to version 9.2.
“Lead” role for testing activities related to the PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 upgrade.
Manage the entire testing effort from unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT testing, and simulated production testing.
Manage the testing team and provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to team members.
Work with end users and project team to clarify end user requirements and business requirements as they relate to testing.
Develop the testing strategy, work plan, resource requirements and project schedule for the testing effort.
Assist PMO in reporting testing results, status and exceptions to management.
Identify opportunities to minimize project risks and escalate as appropriate.
Experience with large environments/organizations (50,000+ employee populations).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Experience managing/leading other team members.
Testing management activities for a prior PeopleSoft packaged software product rollout/upgrade is preferred.
Prior experience with other HCM modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, and HR is desirable.
Microsoft office suite of tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) is preferred.
Knowledge of Rational Jazz Tools (Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester, Rational Team Concert).
