Complete Description: 
Candidate must have the following experience: 

• Defining metadata, workflow mappings and retrieval strategies 
for document and/or file management systems. 
• Planning and configuring a document management system. 
• Training staff users on how to use a document management 
system 
• Working with multiple users groups in identifying business process opportunities of using a document management system. 
• Experience with with users to define document management policies. 
• Leading and performing document taxonomies studies. 
• Communicating with executive-level management regarding recommended document and retention policies. 
• Assisting with the roll-out and communication plan for document management systems for large organization ( greater than 500 employees). 
• Developing documentation to support the usage and modification of a document management system. 
• Managing a team of developers to implement changes within a document management and/or content management system. 
• Experience working in a Healthcare environment. 

Behavior Characteristics: 
Good communication and leadership skills. Must be able to work independent and in a team environment. Also need to be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
