Data conversion or ETL testing lead experience.Strong technical skills, understanding of different databases, expert in SQL.Experience in TDM or knowledge on how to build the test data strategy and coordinate with the TDM experts.Good communication skills to present ideas to the AppDev, business teams on the testing strategy and also working with onshore and offshore teams
