Years of IT Experience - 12-15 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be a team player.  Ability to foster good working relationships with team members and users.  Ability to work in fast paced public health laboratory environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Mid- to senior-level developer with many years of IT experience. At least 3 years experience with web application development using Oracle, JavaScript, .Net and Crystal reporting tools. 

Experience in writing complex SQL and writing Oracle PLSQL programs is required.

Experience in JavaScript is required.

Experience using Crystal 11 reports and Oracle 11G.

Must have experience in Web application development using .Net.

Experience in Visual Studio 2008, .Net, C# is a plus.

Experience with data modeling and designing logical and normalized databases, web application interfaces and reports that meets user and technical specifications. 

Should be familiar in using source control tools and issue tracking tools.

Degree from an accredited college or university with major study in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
