Short Description: Senior Peoplesoft Administrator/Oracle Database Consultant 8 Years of building and supporting PeopleSoft HCM application.
Complete Description: This individual will build and maintain the DC government’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system including Web/Application Server, Oracle database server, Process Scheduler and Report Repository. Candidate must have 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting HCM Time and labor, ELM, Portal, Payroll, HR, eModules, and performance management modules. The individual should also have some level experience with Oracle 10g/11g administration. In-depth experience with Oracle10g/11g installation and administration is a plus. This can include experience with configuring RAC, and RMAN/Oracle Data Guard. Prior knowledge of Government systems is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience with troubleshooting problems; documenting and reporting back after corrective measures have been taken.
Behavior Characteristics: Good communication and presentation skills desirable. Independent and self starter in the realm of trouble shooting.
