Detailed Job Description:

• The person should have done an implementation of Field Service Lightning for a large user base.
• Should have solution definition experience on service cloud with CTI.
• Certification on Service Cloud is mandatory
• At least 8-10 years of experience and 4-5 years experience working with SFDC.
• 2-3 years experience in in translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy.

Certifications Needed: Yes (Service Cloud Certification)
