Detailed Job Description:

• Looking for Performance Test Lead with hands on experience in PT using tools like Jmeter, Soasta.
• The candidate should be well versed in different stages of Performance Testing Life cycle.
• Should have hands on experience in APM tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamics etc.
• Good Communication skills and willing to work as onsite co - ordinator.

• As a PT Test Lead, you will significantly contribute to Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes generate test summary reports for management review analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions conduct job training and provide assistance to Junior Test Engineers as needed suggest

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other nonfunctional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross functional departments.
2. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
3. Publish results and receive appropriate sign off. Prepare detail status reports,
