Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*:

  1. 5+ years of experience in SAP Concur including full cycle implementations
  2. Strong expertise in the area of SAP Concur, FI,HCM Modules
  3. Integration experience in Inter Company integration with FI,HCM and HR Mini Master

Nice to have skills:

  1. Experienced in business process study and gap analysis, business process reengineering, process integration and mapping, designing, functional specification prototyping, testing, training, and cutover and change management activities.

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  • Influence and drive business process related decisions, offering solution alternatives for optimization, simplification, and standardization of architecture, as well as integration with SAP and non - SAP legacy systems including Inter Company integration with SD, PP, MM, & Vertex with strong ability to engage with the business in defining optimal solutions to support and improve business processes.
  • Partner with multiple IT teams to obtain buy-in and approvals for solution decisions, and ensure adherence to global standards
  • Develop detailed functional design documents, develop end to end data flow diagrams, develop test scripts, perform AT, ST, Integration and support business with UAT, support technical cutover activities and issue resolution during hyper care
  • Drive business blueprint workshops with ability to come out with clear and well documented business requirements, develop fit/gap analysis, functional as well as non-functional requirements and the finalized to-be process flows
  • Ability to debug code and pinpoint potential gaps and disconnects in existing solution; also the ability to work with the development team both on-shore/off-shore to explain the proposed design and share best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse group of audience
